The University of Oxford Shop is located at 106 High Street, in the centre of the Dreaming Spires of Oxford. With its Oxford blue façade and traditional double fronted windows, the shop is situated opposite Brasenose College and The University's Church of St Mary the Virgin; a stone's throw from the Radcliffe Camera and the rest of the Bodleian Library.
Originally a partnership with Liberty's in Oxford, the shop moved to its current premises in 1994. Over the years it has served tourists, Oxford residents, students and staff as the one and only official destination to purchase University of Oxford souvenirs and products. Today the shop stocks a wide variety of product including officially licensed and commissioned merchandise. Increasingly the shop also sources relevant, locally-produced items, as well as those that reflect the cultural diversity of life in Oxford.
The University of Oxford Shop is open 6 days a week all year round including Bank Holidays and Sundays during the summer. Its hours of business are listed below:
- 0900 - 1730 Monday to Saturday all year round
- 1100 - 1600 Sundays in January & February
- 1100 - 1700 Sundays March - December
- 1100 - 1600 Bank Holidays
